Predictions are decision support. Your operators and quality engineers remain responsible for investigation, process adjustments, inspections, and release decisions. Model performance depends on the process and data; predictions do not guarantee defect-free production.

MoldSight is designed to work with existing production signals where compatible access is available. Relevant sources include cavity pressure sensors, thermocouples, accelerometers, and machine PLCs. Share your equipment and sensor setup so compatibility and any additional hardware can be assessed.

The platform describes local edge inference for production signals, with cloud capabilities for analytics and model management. Network requirements, hardware placement, and the data sent to the cloud should be agreed as part of the deployment scope.

The product describes OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus TCP connectivity, alongside machine, sensor, MES, and ERP integrations. Specific machine models, controller versions, permissions, and integration work need to be confirmed for your site.
